The Chelsea Symphony partners with and serves a variety of organizations in the community such as: Street Labs, NYC Department of Correction, American Museum of Natural History, and The Harmony Project.
Jackson Symphony Orchestra in the Schools
The Jackson Symphony Orchestra is committed to education at all levels. Their reach spans all ages with partnerships and appearances including: Jackson Public Schools, Jackson School of the Arts, Ballet Chelsea, Jackson Chorale, Disability Connections, and Lily Missions.
Guest Speaker and Lecturer
Dr. Aubin has presented and conducted at conferences, universities, and schools nationwide. Topics have spanned The Music of Fernand Decruck, Conducting Methodology, and Brass Pedagogy. Appearances include: Michigan Music Educators, National Association for Music Educators, College Band Directors National Association, International Society for Key Women Educators, Connecticut Music Educators, Connecticut All-State Orchestra, NY State School Music Association, Washington State University, The Hartt School, American Harp Society, International Double Reeds Society, Northern Michigan University, University of Michigan, and Michigan State University.
